Rich Rosenblatt I did a blog recently about cone beam and how much I love it, and I do. One other thing I want to say is that I just love the improvement in my everyday digital sensors. Look at the difference from a PA radiograph taken a few years ago on this patient and one taken last week. The old sensor's image was pretty cloudy/hazy. While I loved the immediacy of digital, I struggled from time to time being able to be sure about what I saw. The more recent image was taken with my newer Schick 33 sensors. It looks like a film radiograph to me. I just love this system and is has made me a better everyday dentist for sure!!
