There really is no faster way to get to the end result than with the SArmen technique -- where you prep one tooth, send it to the milling machine, then while that is milling you prep the other tooth. So much easier to keep track of tissue, margins, etc... and much more comfortable for the patient. Did I mention it is the fastest way to approach multiples????
