Now that 4.2 is rolling out it is important to revisit how some of the old techniques can be applied to the new software.

The spacebar is a fast way to toggle between functions that are in a tool family. After tool is activated and you have used it, instead of moving the cursor over to the side bar, clicking on tool and then clicking on the new function of the tool you can use the spacebar to toggle from one to another. One press of the spacebar allows you to keep the cursor on the restoration and saves you a minimum of 3 clicks.

When marginating you can change from Auto to Manual. The form tool can be changed from + to  - .  Smooth Position can switch from Move to Rotate.  Scale Shape tool can be switched from Anatomical to Circular

The simple things are what increase our efficiency. Look into using the spacebar to save you some clicks and speed up your appointment.
